The Westhaven-Elmhurst Community Association is a not-for-profit organization that has been incorporated since March 17, 1971. However, its services to the community have existed for much longer. The area designated as “Westhaven-Elmhurst” is located in the western end of Montreal, in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce.
